Frosted Toffee Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Quaker oats
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/4 c. chopped peanuts
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine oats, sugar and margarine; mix well. Spread in greased 9-inch square pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 13 minutes or until light golden brown.
    Cool.
    In a small heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips.
    Spread over oat mixture; sprinkle with nuts.
    Refrigerate until chocolate sets.
    Cut into 2 x 1 1/2-inch bars.
    Store in a tightly covered container in refrigerator.
    Makes 2 dozen bars.
