Rice Casserole(Serves 8) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow rice
1 can Mexican corn
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick oleo
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook rice per package directions.
When done, add oleo, corn with liquid and soup.
Pour into buttered casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 20 to 25 minutes, uncovered.
Spread cheese over top, return to oven and melt.
