Talerina - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
4 oz. small noodles
1 c. ripe olives, chopped
1/2 c. olive liquid
1 3/4 c. whole kernel corn
2 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Saute vegetables in oil.
Add ground beef and brown.
Add remaining ingredients in layers, saving some cheese and olives to sprinkle on top.
Make sure noodles are covered with liquid. Cover.
Bring to a boil.
Turn to simmer and cook for approximately 30 minutes.
A 10-inch skillet works well for this. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
