Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. corn oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated carrots (can substitute 3 small jars baby carrots)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs
    nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients except sugar. Combine corn oil and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Gradually add dry ingredients. Mix well. Add carrots. Pour into three 8-inch greased pans. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
