Watermelon Rind Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients

watermelon rind
apple cider vinegar (white)
sugar
oil of cloves

Preparation

Peel green off rind, also all pink on thick rind.
Place in gallon jar.
Pour vinegar over to cover rind.
Cover jar with cloth and let set 6 weeks.
