Hoedown Taters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 hot baked Irish potatoes
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Kraft sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1/4 c. margarine
    6 crisply cooked bacon slices
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Slice potatoes in half lengthwise.
    Scoop out centers leaving 1/8-inch shell.
    Combine potatoes, cheese, sour cream and margarine.
    Mix until blended.
    Stir in bacon.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Fill shells.
    Place on a cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
