Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 (10 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, drained
1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained
1 pt. whipping cream
6 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
3 ripe bananas, thinly sliced
flaked coconut, to garnish
Preparation

Combine oranges, pineapple, marshmallows, cherries and fruit cocktail in large serving bowl.
Whip cream until stiff.
Add sugar.
Fold whipped cream into fruit mixture.
Let set for a few hours.
When ready to serve, fold in bananas and sprinkle coconut on top.
Serves 8 to 10.
