Oyster Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. melted margarine
4 c. crumbled saltine crackers
1 pt. canned oysters, drained and rinsed
2 cans creamed corn
1/2 c. cream (half and half)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation

Mix the first 2 ingredients together.
Mix remaining ingredients together.
Layer crackers, corn mixture, oysters, crackers, corn mixture and oysters.
Top with crackers.
In a 2-quart casserole, bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until crackers are golden brown.
