Fish Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh or frozen fish fillets
    2 c. peeled, cubed potatoes
    1 can creamed corn
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 slices bacon
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Cut fish into 2-inch squares.
    In a large saucepan, bring 2 cups water to boil.
    Add potatoes.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Stir in fish, salt and pepper.
    Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
