Fat-Free Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can green beans
    1/4 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/4 tsp. pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Drain and rinse green beans.
    Place beans, onion and celery seed in pan.
    Cover with water and boil for 5 minutes.
    Cover pan and cook on low for approximately 15 minutes.
    Add salt and pepper, if desired.
    Serves 2 to 3.
