Five Layer Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 layer raw potatoes
    1 layer ground beef
    1 layer onions
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 qt. tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Butter a baking dish.
    Layer as listed.
    Season each layer. Cover and bake for 2 hours at 300\u00b0.
