Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head cabbage, shredded
    carrots and celery, cut in 1-inch pieces
    6 c. (49 oz.) chicken broth
    2 c. water
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    4 peppercorns
    1 bay leaf
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 c. tomato paste (18 oz.)
    1 to 2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except ground beef and tomato paste. Bring to a boil and simmer 1 hour.
    Brown ground beef; drain and add to soup with tomato paste and water.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
