Ethel'S Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs, well beaten
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift flour, sugar and salt together.
Set aside.
Boil the oil, water and cocoa together and pour over flour mixture and mix well.
Pour into cake pans and bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until done.
While cake is hot, pour frosting over top.
