Chicken And Mushroom - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 pieces of chicken (legs, thighs and wings)
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 small can green peas
    1/2 doz. freshly sliced mushrooms
    1 thinly sliced onion
    3 cloves chopped garlic
    3 Tbsp. canola oil
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Wash and season chicken.
    Fry or bake until golden brown; drain.
    While chicken is frying or baking, put in Dutch oven type pan the following: soups and water.
    Add mushrooms, onions, garlic and heat to boiling point.
    Add cooked chicken and simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 6 people.
