Aunt Gerry'S Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 medium onion
1 minced garlic
1 qt. tomatoes
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. dried sage
1/4 tsp. thyme
3/4 tsp. dried rosemary
2 bay leaves
1 c. cheap Burgundy wine
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation

Start
4 1/2 to 5 hours prior.\tSaute burger and onion; drain. Put
in a large pot and add all the other ingredients. Cook
on medium heat until boiling;\treduce heat to medium low and
simmer until

Serve over cooked spaghetti
noodles
and have grated American cheese and Parmesan cheese to use as toppings.
