Tuna-Cashew Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 c. diced celery
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. water
    1 can fried Chinese noodles
    4 oz. cashew nuts
Preparation
    Grease 2-quart casserole.
    In a bowl, mix together tuna, soup, celery, mushrooms, onion, soy sauce and water.
    Place 1/2 can of fried noodles on bottom of casserole.
    Add tuna mixture.
    Add remaining noodles.
    Sprinkle nuts on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
