Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. oil
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Delicious, but don't beat it as you mix it together.
