Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 head cabbage
2 carrots
1 bell pepper
3 onions
2 stalks celery
small amount of red cabbage
1 c. any cooked meat
1 c. cooked rice
2 1/2 Tbsp. oil
soy sauce
salt and pepper
Preparation

Place oil in very hot skillet or wok.
Add chopped vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes.
Add rice; stir well.
Sprinkle soy sauce liberally; salt and pepper to taste.
Add meat.
Stir a few minutes longer.
Remove and serve.
