Six Week Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) raisin bran cereal
    3 c. sugar
    5 c. flour
    5 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine the dry ingredients; set aside.
    Stir together eggs, buttermilk and oil.
    Add them to dry ingredients; mix well.
    Fill muffin pans 2/3 full (paper lined).
    Bake 15 to 18 minutes at 400\u00b0. Batter may be stored in refrigerator for 6 weeks.
    Bake up muffins as needed.
    Makes 6 dozen.
