Chicken Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    4 potatoes
    8 carrots
    1 large onion, cut up
    1 celery stalk, cut up
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut up vegetables; place chicken in large Dutch oven.
    Dump soup over chicken; add 1/2 can water.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Add cut vegetables; cook until vegetables and chicken are tender, approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Can cook in crock-pot on high about 4 hours.
    (I don't cook chicken before adding vegetables.)
