Mini-Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 refrigerated biscuits
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. chives
    1/2 lb. turkey sausage, cooked and chopped
    1 c. cottage cheese
    dash of black pepper
Preparation
    Flatten each biscuit.
    Spray large muffin tins with vegetable spray.
    Press biscuits into tins.
    Combine remaining ingredients. Spoon into biscuit shells.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
