Beef Kabobs Oriental Appetizers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. boneless sirloin steak, cut in 1-inch cubes
3/4 c. oil
1/4 c. soya sauce
3 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. chopped green onion
Preparation

Cover cubes of meat with a well blended mixture of the remaining ingredients.
Set in refrigerator at least 4 hours, turning meat several times.
