Blue Cheese Pears - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. crumbled Blue cheese
    1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 cinnamon stick
    mint leaves
    paprika
    assorted crackers and fruit
Preparation
    Let cheeses come to a room temperature.
    Combine softened cheeses, walnuts and garlic in a large mixer bowl.
    Beat with an electric mixer until mixture is smooth.
    If necessary add a few teaspoons milk to mix.
    Form cheese mixture into a pear shape. Place cinnamon stick in top as a stem.
    Add mint leaves at the stem.
    Pat paprika on sides of the pear to create a shadow.
    Cover and chill in the refrigerator.
    Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes before serving.
    Serve with desired crackers and fruit. Serves eight.
