Rum Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. powdered sugar
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 1/2 Tbsp. white corn syrup
    1/4 c. rum or bourbon
Preparation
    Mix crumbs, nuts, sugar and cocoa; add combined syrup and rum. Using 1 tablespoon for each, shape into balls.
    Roll balls in additional powdered sugar.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Approximate yield:
    2 dozen.
