Favorite Fried Mozzarella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Slice cheese into sticks 1/2-inch thick; coat with flour.
    Dip in eggs and oil and crumbs to coat.
    Arrange on wax paper lined plate.
    Chill for 1 hour or longer.
    Fry in 2-inch deep oil at 380\u00b0 until golden brown.
