Cheese-Broccoli Stuffed Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. giant shell pasta
    2 qt. boiling water
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut broccoli
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 green onions, chopped
    2 c. chopped mushrooms
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. milk
    1 c. shredded Swiss or Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Cook pasta in boiling water for 15 minutes or until done. Rinse with cold water.
    Drain well and set aside.
    Cook broccoli as directed on package.
    Chop finely and set aside.
