Green Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 oz. frozen peas
1 small onion
1/4 c. crumbled bacon
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped cauliflower
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 c. Ranch dressing
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Rinse peas in hot water.
Combine vegetables and bacon with sour cream.
Mix dressing and mustard.
Pour over salad.
Toss gently.
Chill.
Serves 4.
