Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. sour cream
1 egg
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 (9 oz.) box Jiffy corn bread mix
Preparation

Mix together butter, egg and sour cream.
Stir in corn.
Add dry corn bread mix; mix well.
Pour into greased 2-quart baking dish.
Bake about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
