"Night Before" Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cooked sausage
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    12 slices bread, crust trimmed and cubed
    4 c. milk, scalded
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    salt and pepper
    mushrooms and onions (optional)
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Combine all ingredients and let sit in refrigerator overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
