Dill Cucumber Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. firm tofu
    1 medium cucumber, peeled and cut in chunks
    2 Tbsp. dill
    2 cloves garlic, pressed
    1/2 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
    3 Tbsp. onions, minced
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in blender; blend until smooth. Refrigerate one hour.
    Serve with fresh, raw veggies.
