Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    thick cut of round steak
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes or 2 large tomatoes
    1 chopped green pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 envelope onion mix
Preparation
    Place thick cut of round steak on piece of foil.
    On top, place 1 can of tomatoes or 2 large tomatoes, sliced.
    Add all other ingredients on top of meat.
    Wrap foil around meat.
    Place on cookie sheet and bake for 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
