Cheddar Port Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. Port or sherry
    1/3 c. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. chives
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients together about 40 seconds and chill. Serve with crackers, etc.
    Yields 1 1/2 cups.
