Sweet And Sours - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork
    1/2 c. water
    1 sliced green pepper
    1/4 c. sliced onion
    2 1/2 c. pineapple chunks
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 to 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown meat; add water.
    Cover and simmer 1 hour.
    Do not boil. Combine green pepper, onions and pineapple chunks, reserving syrup. Set aside.
    Combine brown sugar and cornstarch.
    Add pineapple syrup.
    Mix well and add remaining ingredients.
    Add all other ingredients to meat.
    Cook until thickened.
    Add pineapple, onion and pepper.
