Fillets In Lemon Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish fillets
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. parsley (1/4 c. if dried)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Arrange fish in 12 x 8 x 2-inch dish.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    In a 1-quart casserole, place butter and cook 1 to 2 minutes until melted.
    Blend in parsley and lemon juice and pour over fish.
    Top with crumbs, then sprinkle with paprika.
    Cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes.
    Real good.
