Candied Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 lb. pecans
Preparation
    Combine sugar and sour cream in a large skillet.
    Bring to a boil and boil
    for\t3 1/2 to 4 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add vanilla.
    Add pecans and stir quickly to coat.
    Spread on wax paper to cool.
