Corned Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped fine
1 stalk celery, chopped fine
1 medium green pepper, chopped fine
2 Tbsp. oil
1 can corned beef
1/2 bottle barbecue sauce
Preparation

Cook onion, celery and pepper in oil until done.
Drain and add corned beef, flaked, and barbecue sauce.
Cook on simmer until it begins to get dry like barbecue, about 30 to 45 minutes.
Serve on hamburger rolls.
Use more sauce if you want.
Don't put corned beef in refrigerator; flake with fork.
