Chili Cheese Square - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) can diced, peeled green chilies, drained
    8 oz. shredded Monterey Jack or sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. biscuit baking mix
    1 c. light cream
    4 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sliced pimiento-stuffed olives
Preparation
    Sprinkle chilies and cheese in bottom of a lightly greased 9-inch square pan.
    Combine baking mix, cream, eggs and salt in a medium size bowl; beat until blended.
    Pour over chili cheese mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Garnish with olives.
