Manicotti(Serve 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 or 3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. mayo
    16 manicotti shells
    1 tsp. oregano leaves
    Parmesan cheese
    2 (15 oz.) cans marinara sauce
Preparation
    Brown meat and garlic; drain fat.
    Blend the next 5 ingredients.
    Stir in meat.
    Fill manicotti shells.
    Cover with marinara sauce.
    Add about 2/3 can of water.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake for 1 hour at 375\u00b0 in a covered dish.
