Pineapple Lime Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. lime jello
2 c. boiling water
1 can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. whipping cream or Cool Whip
maraschino cherries (if desired)
Preparation

Dissolve jello in water.
Drain pineapple and add juice only to jello and water.
Put in refrigerator until slightly thick. Mix cream cheese and Cool Whip together, then add jello.
Mix in pineapple and cherries; pour into mold.
Keep refrigerated.
