Stuffed Shells Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
    1 pkg. jumbo stuffing shells
    1 1/2 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 pkg. frozen spinach, cooked
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Add 1 tablespoon of salt to 4 quarts of boiling water; gradually add shells.
    Boil, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
    Drain out portion of water, allowing shells to remain in warm water in large bowl.
