Calamaria And Rice(Greek) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 to 3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. rice
    dash of oregano
    a few bay leaves
    1 can tomato sauce (Hunt's)
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. squid, cleaned and cut in small pieces
    1 to 2 tsp. white Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Saute the onion and garlic in the olive oil.
    Add the squid and a small amount of water (1/2 cup) and the tomato sauce. Simmer for approximately 10 minutes.
    Add 2 to 3 cans of water (using tomato sauce can). Simmer 15 to 20 minutes. When the squid feels soft and tender to the touch, add the rice, white Worcestershire sauce, oregano and bay leaves. Cook thoroughly at low heat until the rice is soft.
