Vegetable Platter Combinations - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cauliflower
    small whole beets
    green beans (cut)
    carrot sticks
    mound whole baby carrots
    green peas
    small steamed onions
    cooked broccoli
    gooseneck squash
    raw grated beets
    raw grated carrots
    raw grated turnips
Preparation
    Put cauliflower in the center of platter.
    Put small whole beets on the outside with green beans and carrot sticks.
    Mound baby carrots surrounded by green peas and onions.
    Mound broccoli surrounded by yellow row of squash.
