Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 medium sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. butter or oleo, softened
1 egg
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Preparation

Mix and
pour
in well greased pie plate.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until lightly brown.
