Squash Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. yellow squash, cooked, drained and mashed
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. plain flour
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and drop by tablespoon in hot oil.
    Cook until done.
