Glazed Pork Chops(Grilled) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 (1/2 inch) center-cut pork chops
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/3 c. oil or butter
1/3 c. maple syrup
1/4 c. wine or beer
2 Tbsp. Louisiana hot sauce
1 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation

Season pork chops with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Place in shallow dish and mix all other ingredients thoroughly.
Pour over chops and refrigerate for 1 hour.
