Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. nuts
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Melt the stick of margarine and set aside to cool.
Beat eggs slightly.
Add the sugar, raisins, coconut, nuts, vinegar and vanilla.
Add the butter last.
Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
