Pork Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 lb. boneless pork loin, cut in 1-inch strips
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 medium green pepper, cut into strips
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp.butter
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
    1 tomato, thinly sliced
    1 1/2 c. packaged croutons
    1 c. Velveeta cheese or sharp cheese
Preparation
    In hot oil in large skillet, brown pork strips well. Add onion, celery and green pepper.
    Saute until tender.
    Mix in all the seasonings. Simmer, covered, 25 minutes. Blend in soup, milk and cheese. Simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.
