Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cubed beef
    1/2 envelope onion soup mix
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 c. dry vermouth
    mushrooms (fresh or canned)
Preparation
    Mix the whole mess together.
    Bake, uncovered, 3 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
