Cinnamon French Toast(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large egg
    2 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. skim milk
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    8 slices French or Italian bread
    cinnamon sugar
    lo-cal maple syrup
Preparation
    Whisk egg and whites until foamy.
    Add milk, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Beat well; set aside.
    Spray a large non-stick skillet with cooking spray.
    Dip 4 bread slices into egg, turning to coat.
    Cook until golden, about 1 to 2 minutes per side.
    Serve warm with cinnamon sugar or maple syrup.
