Carrot-Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. plain flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded carrots
1 c. crushed pineapple with sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix all together (except pineapple and carrots) for 2 minutes at medium speed.
Add pineapple and carrots and mix well.
Pour into three 8 or 9-inch pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool and frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
